This was an ultra emotional week for me. One that reminded me it takes willpower to move mountains. I experienced moments, when all I could do was encourage myself as I weathered the storm. As a matter of fact, I am still weathering the storm. One thing I paid attention to was how my body felt during the different experiences. In one instance I went from a high to a low within less then a second. However, paying attention to the feeling and experience allowed me to redirect my thought and emotion.
I don’t know about you, but I am a stress carrier. As I am maturing I can see the stress, just as much as I feel it. Though I am grateful to know what to do to assist me with de-stressing. Ladies and gents let’s be aware of our bodies at all times. Because, then we will notice the subtle changes and we will be aware of those things that aren’t normal nor healthy.
So as I endure this storm, I have decided to be like a falcon and go with the flow. All the while in the know that I have the power to change my situation, my health, my life and whatever I will.
