For Day 13 we are bringing you a vegetable alfredo recipe courtesy of Laa Loosh

Here are the ingredients:

8oz whole wheat pasta
1 lb asparagus, trimmed and chopped
1.5 oz (about 1/3 cup) sun-dried tomatoes (NOT oil-packed)
8oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb fresh broccoli
2 tbsp light butter
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups fat free milk
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
