Here are the ingredients:

1 container (14 ounces) extra firm tofu
1/4 cup, reduced-sodium, soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons, sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup walnuts, lighted chopped
4 cups cooked brown rice
