Kale Chips

Kale chips are a healthy alternative to fried, starchy potato chips. They are easy to make and bake quickly.

  • 1 bunch kale (washed and dryed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Cut kale into 1-2 inch pieces.

  3. Place the kale in a bowl.

  4. Add the olive oil and salt to the bowl. Mix and rub the olive oil and salt into the kale with your hands.

  5. Lay the kale in single layers on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake until crisp, turning the chips halfway through. They should be ready in about 20 minutes.
