Kale Chips
Kale chips are a healthy alternative to fried, starchy potato chips. They are easy to make and bake quickly.
- 1 bunch kale (washed and dryed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Cut kale into 1-2 inch pieces.

Place the kale in a bowl.

Add the olive oil and salt to the bowl. Mix and rub the olive oil and salt into the kale with your hands.

Lay the kale in single layers on a baking sheet.

Bake until crisp, turning the chips halfway through. They should be ready in about 20 minutes.
