Just Say NO! Challenge October 1-31st.

October is a few days away and that means it’s the final month before the busy holiday season begins. It’s also the first month of autumn, which means seasonal allergy and flu season are in the horizon.

Now is the perfect time to fast from eating overly acidic foods. Doing so will allow your digestive system to rest and repair itself.

While it may seem as though not eating junk food, fast food, fried food and drinking soda is torture. Just think of the torture we provide our bodies when we consume those negative acidic filled and disease causing types of foods.

Join us in the October 2018, Just Say No! Challenge. You are not alone in this and will have a support team. Including daily tips. Such as: advice, inspiration and/or recipes.

We begin 6am on October 1, 2018 and will conclude at 6pm on October 31, 2018. I encourage you to mentally prepare to resist the temptations. Just enjoy the next few days as you envision what you desire to shift within yourself during the challenge.
