May is upon us and that means the weather is getting warmer and soon summer will be here. Now is a great time to begin eating lighter and cleansing out your system of all the extra heavy foods, starches and proteins you consumed during the frigid winter we just endured.The Meatless May Challenge consists of you not eating any animal products for the entire 31 days of May. We will post a meatless image and recipe to our Instagram and blog page daily for the 31 days. We will also be hosting a weekly Live chat via Facebook.
